Theatre Works 2022
Continuing our partnership with Theatre Peckham, ICTheatre are excited to be a part of Theatre Works 2022 this July.
Theatre Works is Theatre Peckham’s annual un-conference for young people whose experiences are typically underrepresented in the theatre industry.
Through a day full of workshops and activities led by industry professionals, plus opportunities to meet other like-minded creatives, Theatre Works is the event centring young minds who are seeking a career in the creative sector.
ICTheatre will be hosting a musical theatre ensemble song and dance workshop, alongside a multitude of incredible experiences.
Our energetic, fun workshop you will be working as an Ensemble to create a musical theatre production number ‘Way Down Hadestown’. You will work with Lesley Van Egmond on the ensemble song and with Bree Smith on the choreography which will be a fun, adventurous journey.

Theatre Peckham is a cultural flagship venue that champions artistic excellence and supports young people, particularly those from low economic backgrounds to engage with the arts.
They provide affordable artistic training for young people through their Academy with classes in dance, singing, acting and backstage skills as well as an Artistic Development programme, Young Peckham, which supports artists with an alternative route into creative industries.
ICTheatre are proud to support Theatre Peckham, having developed an ongoing workshop programme as part of our mission to make creative arts training accessible as part of our own Access and Participation plan.
