Joey Bethell

Dance Lecturer

Joey trained at Bird College of dance and theatre performance with additional training at Broadway Dance Centre in New York, as well as the Sydney Dance Company in Australia.

Joey has worked nationally and internationally as a dancer and has taught at many of the country’s leading performing arts colleges and universities as a Jazz specialist and regularly freelances as a guest teacher and choreographer. Joey holds DDE status with the ISTD in both modern theatre and Imperial classical Ballet. In addition to this Joey is also a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor. Joey is part of the teaching faculty at the Brighton Academy (TBA) and Millennium Performing Arts College, London.

Joey is also a Co-Founder and senior agent at West-Pier Agency.
