Access and Participation supports specific groups of students to access higher education, improve their success and support career development where there might have been past challenges. We’re dedicated to making higher education more equal and fairer.

In our new monthly APC newsletters, we’ll be covering everything thats going on at ICTheatre Brighton. Including student societies, charity campaigns, events, deals, housing, training. Anything that our incredible APC team are doing to help support our Training Professionals.

Here’s a round-up of what’s going on this April:

We have made a pledge to support GTRSB communities in funding higher education. Join us this Saturday to support and spread awareness.

The pandemic has threatened an industry dating back to the middle ages, but 6 lady showwomen are fighting back to save not just the fun fairs but also their way of life, watch their documentary  here.

Are you eligible for extra funding and support at University?

These questions will help you find out if you could be eligible for Disabled Students’ Allowances (DSAs), or extra support from your place of study.

DSAs are funding from the UK Government can be paid to UK students in higher education and can cover all sorts of extra costs. They do not have to be paid back.

Third Thursdays

Third Thursdays is a new arts, music and culture programme that aims to make the centre of Brighton more vibrant, through events, performances, film projections and new artwork commissions. It will create moments each third Thursday of the month for residents and visitors to engage with art and culture around the centre of Brighton
