Our performing arts facilities in Manchester reflect the diverse range of courses we offer. Our studios, technology suites, and state-of-the-art sound equipment give you everything you need to experiment and develop your skills in a professional environment.
Our campus is located in The Dancehouse, one of the city’s most distinctive, respected, and stunning venues. Working with our partner college BIMM Institute Manchester and shared occupancy with the Northern Ballet School, ICTheatre Manchester offers you unparalleled performing arts training in high-end, purpose-built spaces as well as plenty of opportunities to network and immerse yourself in the wider performing arts scene.

Step Into The Dancehouse
The Manchester campus of ICTheatre has made its home in The Dancehouse.
Here, ICTheatre occupies three floors of a phenomenal 1930s Art Deco building on Manchester’s famous ‘student corridor’ on Oxford Road.
The Dancehouse has been the location for the prestigious Northern Ballet School. Now, our two colleges will work side by side, giving our students unparalleled training in these beautiful high-end, purpose-built spaces. The Dancehouse provides one of the most comprehensively appointed training facilities to be found.
Not only do the five generous studios have a professional standard sprung beech wood Harlequin floor, but each is equipped with full-height wall mirrors, barres, infrared heating, cooling fans and a piano. The jewel in the crown is that the original Art Deco 400-seat theatre has one of the largest stages in Manchester. This means that ICTheatre students will enjoy facilities that most drama school students can only dream about.
Northern Ballet School
Northern Ballet School is an international centre of excellence for ballet and musical theatre training. Our partnership contributes to our groundbreaking performing arts courses and provides further depth to your experience at ICTheatre Manchester.
Everyone has the opportunity to network with other creative practitioners and fellow students and work on collaborative creative projects, equipping you with diverse skills to help you fly in your chosen career.
